As per the latest draw held on August 9, Ontario issued 947 new Express Entry Invitations to the Express Entry Candidates with cut-off Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) Score of as low as 350through its Human Capital Priorities Stream.
The CRS score for this draw ranged from 350 to 439 and Notifications of Interest (NOI) for those who submitted their Express Entry profile between 1st Jan 2018 and 8th Aug 2018 鈥?said Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).
Express entry candidates need to have a job offer in Ontario if targeted in this latest draw.
Ontario鈥檚 Human Capital Priorities Stream allows the OINP to search the candidates from the express entry pool who meet the specific criteria of the stream. These criteria require the express entry candidates to have a CRS score of 400 or above. But this and the draw held on 26th March 2018 have waived the requirement of proficiency in French language and a job offer.
A job offer is now not among the requirements of the Human Capital Priorities Stream. 6 out of the 8 draws held this year don鈥檛 have the requirement of a job offer.
Extra 600 points will be awarded to the express entry candidates towards their CRS score on receiving a provincial nomination for permanent residency from Ontario. This will effectively guarantee the candidates an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in a subsequent draw from the express entry pool.
Express entry candidates will have 45 calendar days to apply for a provincial nomination certificate from Ontario after NOI issue.
Ontario鈥檚 French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream Issued 14 Express Entry Invitations
Ontario鈥檚 Express Entry Stream 鈥?French Speaking Skilled Worker Stream (FSSW) issued 14 invitations to the Express Entry candidates which targets the express entry candidates who speak French Language and qualify for either the Canadian Experience Class or the Federal Skilled Worker Class Justin Layne Steelers Jersey , and must have a sufficient English language abilities with CLB 6 or higher.
FSSW doesn鈥檛 have any minimum CRS score requirement like the Human Capital Priorities Stream has.
